I was reading an article about how careful therapists have to be* to avoid situations where they may get sued or lose their license. Well, if something is so hard to come by, one wouldn’t want to leave it lying around where just anyone could find it..
*American therapists of course, not British ones, because you don’t have to have to be licenced over here to flip the top of someone’s head open.. hmm.. **cracks open kettle of fish…**
And a reminder about my new webcomic with James Clayton. Go check it out! (it even has a FacePage of its very own)

I was thinking…”Uh oh, where is this going?” :)
Don’t need to be licensed in Australia either. Unfortunately.
Spectacular! rofl!
British therapists don’t have to be licenced per se, but any therapist worth their salt would be registered with (that is, be accredited by) the BACP, UKCP or similar. Amongst many things, this means they adhere to a code of ethics and have undertaken professional training. As a client, I wouldn’t dream of seeing a counsellor/psychotherapist who isn’t registered with either of these professional bodies.
