As you can probably tell, this one took me aaaages
Based on something I read on World of Psychology about a month ago. The metaphor of a feather is used to demonstrate that you cannot rush the writing/creative process, just as you cannot force the descent of a falling feather (unless you jump on it.. or tie little weights to it.. hmm..) Anyhoo, I thought the same might be said of the therapeutic process.
So there.
And as it took me about a week, I’ve made it into a very sexy poster, gorgeous enough to adorn any therapeutic environment.
Small poster without sexy frame

/ May 10, 2011You did a fabulous job catching the feeling of the feather. Did you redraw each frame? I’m way too lazy for that. I always PS my repeats!
WG
/ May 10, 2011A combination.. I think I drew 3 versions of the feather, then rotated, and a couple frames. PS is our friend. Colouring/tinting would have been much easier with coloured pencils

/ May 11, 2011So, it won’t help to cram 30 appointments into 10 weeks vs. 30 weeks?
WG
/ May 11, 2011Well it might, as you could a) spontaneously combust or b) negate all existence, thus reducing the need for therapy in the longer term.
